Our Craft & Vendor Fair is a big fundraiser for the Youth Ministry Program. These are great opportunities for the whole Parish. Teenagers can be a big help and just a couple of hours go a long way. Please look over the options below and check off places where you would like to help. Our programs cannot run without volunteers like you!

- Saturday October 13 7 – 9 am ● Sign-In: Stand in the parking lot and check off crafters/vendors when then arrive, direct them where to load/unload and to park when done with unloading 7 – 9 am ● Unloading & Set-up: Help crafters/vendors unload their vehicles and carry items to their spaces. Involves lifting, carrying, and walking. 8:30 am – 12 noon ● Raffle Basket Sales: Collect raffle items from participants, wrap the baskets, sell LOTS of raffle tickets at the event 9 am – 12 noon ● Kids Room: Watch and play with small children while their parents/guardians shop, including playing games, coloring, crafts, puzzles, etc. 9 am – 12 noon ● Runners: Assist crafters and vendors by taking and delivering food orders and/or staying at their table if they need a bathroom break. 12 noon – 3 pm ● Kids Room: Watch and play with small children while their parents/guardians shop, including playing games, coloring, crafts, puzzles, etc. 12 noon – 3 pm ● Runners: Assist crafters and vendors by taking and delivering food orders and/or staying at their table if they need a bathroom break. 12 noon – 3 pm ● Raffle Basket Sales: sell LOTS of raffle tickets at the event 3 pm – 5 pm ● Take down: Help vendors get their spaces and vehicles packed up. Involves lifting, carrying, and walking. Put tables and chairs away. Clean up the community room.
